Our journey began with a simple observation: Government agencies were often forced to choose between large, slow-moving prime contractors with massive overhead, or small businesses that lacked the capacity to handle complex scopes. There was a missing middle.
We built CJ Anatole to fill that gap. By adopting a "Prime + Partner" aggregator model, we combine the agility and low overhead of a small business with the specialized expertise of a vast network of industry subcontractors. This allows us to say "Yes" to a wider variety of mission-critical requirements while maintaining a single, accountable point of contact for the Contracting Officer.
